    Our Safety Commitment

SuperSplash USA staffs every attraction with professionally certified lifeguards trained in current water safety and life saving techniques. We have an emergency first aid station inside the park to handle most medical situations on site.

    Safety Rules

    • Children 12 and under should always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
    • Some attractions require riders to be 48 inches or taller. Height, weight, and health restrictions are strictly enforced.
    • Non swimmers should always be accompanied by an adult who can swim.
    • Guests under 48 inches and anyone not confident in their swimming should wear a life vest. Free life vests are available throughout the park.
    • Only U.S. Coast Guard approved life vests are permitted in the park.
    • Face masks that cover the nose are not allowed.
    • No running. No diving outside the designated diving area.
    • We reserve the right to deny ride access if we believe an attraction is not safe for the guest based on age, size, or other physical limitations.
    • Diaper changes must happen in restroom changing stations only.
    • Swim diapers are required for any child not yet potty trained.
    • Guests must follow staff instructions at all times.
    • Each attraction posts its rules at the entrance. Read them before you ride.

    General Rules

    • No outside food, drinks, coolers, or glass containers inside the park. Coolers may stay in your vehicle.
    • No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the park.

    • Zero tolerance for drugs, horseplay, or physical altercations. Violation results in immediate removal.

    Adult Supervision Policy

Guests 12 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult 21 or older. The adult must remain inside the park for the entire visit. The maximum is six children per adult. Pre arranged chaperone groups (schools, camps, organized programs) are exempt from this ratio.

    Bag Checks and Prohibited Items

All bags are checked at the entrance. The following are not allowed:

You may leave a cooler in your vehicle and use the picnic area outside the park.

    Dress Code and Appropriate Attire

Proper swimwear is required. Revealing swimsuits, offensive clothing, and attire with metal or sharp parts that could damage attractions are not allowed. Swimwear must be lined, family friendly, and non transparent. Children in diapers must wear swim approved diapers.

Failure to comply with these policies may result in removal from the park without a refund.

    Weather, Refunds, and Park Operations

    Weather Policy

The park stays open in light rain. We temporarily clear pools during severe weather, including high winds, heavy rain, and lightning. If we close before 3:00 PM due to weather, we issue rain checks. No refunds are issued for weather closures.
