For your safety and peace of mind, SuperSplash USA employs professionally certified lifeguards trained in the most current water safety and lifesaving techniques.
We have an emergency first-aid station situated inside the park which allows us to handle almost all medical situations that arise inside the park.
Safety Rules
- Children under the age of 12 should always be accompanied by an adult.
- You be at least 48” tall to ride some attractions.
- Height, weight and health restrictions are strictly enforced.
- Non-swimmers should be accompanied by an adult who can swim.
- It is recommended that guests less than 48″ tall and those who are not confident in their swimming abilities use life vests, a limited number of which are available free of charge in the park.
- Only U.S. Coast Guard-approved personal life vests are permitted in SuperSplash USA.
- Face masks that cover the nose are not allowed.
- No running or diving is allowed anywhere in the park.
- We reserve the right to disallow individuals access to rides which we may deem to be unsafe for them due to their age, size or other physical limitations.
- Infant’s diapers must be changed in restroom changing stations only.
- Swim diapers must be used for all children who are not yet potty-trained.
- Please obey the instructions of the park staff at all times.
- The guidelines and instructions for each attraction are posted at the entrance of each ride – guests are responsible for reviewing these before participating.
General Rules
- No coolers, food, beverages or glass containers are allowed to be brought into the park.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the park, including vaping.
- Do not wear eyeglasses or jewelry in pools as they may not be retrievable if lost during operation.
- Line jumping and profanity are offensive to our guests. Inconsiderate people are subject to an escort from the park with no refund.
- Zero tolerance for drugs, horseplay, or any physical altercations. Violation of this policy will be removal from the park.
At Super Splash USA, the safety and enjoyment of all guests is our top priority. To ensure a family-friendly and secure environment, the following rules apply:
- Adult Accompaniment Policy – Guests 12 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult 21 or older who remains in the park during their visit. A maximum of six children per adult is allowed. Groups with pre-arranged chaperone policies (such as schools or camps) are exempt.
- Bag Checks & Prohibited Items – All bags are subject to inspection at the entrance. Weapons, glass containers, alcohol, outside food, coolers, skateboards, and non-US Coast Guard-approved flotation devices are not permitted. Guests may leave coolers in their vehicle and use the picnic area outside the park.
- Dress Code & Appropriate Attire – Proper swimwear is required. Revealing swimsuits, offensive clothing, and attire with metal parts that could damage attractions are not allowed. Guests must wear lined swimwear that is family-friendly and non-transparent. Children in diapers must wear swim-approved diapers.
Failure to comply with policies may result in removal from the park without a refund.
- Weather Policy – The park remains open in light rain but will temporarily suspend activities during severe weather, including high winds, heavy rain, or lightning. Guests will be asked to leave the water for safety precautions. If the park closes before 3:00 PM due to weather, rain checks will be issued. No refunds are provided.
- Refund Policy – All tickets and Season Passes are non-refundable once purchased, including for weather-related events. Unused single-day tickets expire at the end of the season. Unprocessed Season Passes may be transferred to another individual before activation.
- Park Policies & General Rules – Line cutting, disorderly behavior, and harassment of guests or staff will not be tolerated. Park management reserves the right to remove any guest who violates policies without refund. Prices, attractions, and schedules may change without notice.
- Guest Photography – Visitors may take photos and videos for personal use but must respect others’ privacy. Photography is strictly prohibited in restrooms, locker areas, and while in the water.
- Park Media Usage – By entering Super Splash USA, guests grant permission for their image to be used in park promotions, advertisements, and social media.
- Commercial Photography & Drones – Any commercial filming or photography requires prior park approval. Drones are strictly prohibited for safety and privacy reasons.
